A&M Decoys & Folk Art was officially started in December of 2017 with an advanced website marketplace to follow in February 2018.  The goal was to continue to evolve a tradition of buying and selling quality decoys and sporting art with integrity and honesty.  Through his own deep interest in history and the sportsman’s lifestyle, owner Mike Martin, had begun buying, selling, and studying decoys years earlier through his time in college.  After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in the Summer of 2016 he and his someday wife, Alyson, ventured to New England for work.  There, decoys as a business venture took off.  He was fortunate to obtain a few exceptional mentors that instilled the need for knowledge, honesty, quality, and confidentiality.  Traits Mike readily credits with the rapid success of A&M Decoys & Folk Art.
