Exceptionally well executed wood duck pair with numerous added details.  The pair was created specially for a larger working rig.  Having paid a premium for his decoys, the owner received decoys with phenomenal paint, carved posture, and details. 
 
Some more refined details of note are the relief carved speculums as well as the slightly lifted back wing.  An open mouth forward swimming hen is quite rare.
 
Condition: Near mint with light wear from use.
