Decorative matched pair of decoy style Wood Ducks.  Both bearing the typical raised and separated wing feathers as well as feather stamping down the back and incised tail feathers.  The hen has a couple step down primary feathers with relief carving for the wing tips.  The drake has thick comb painting on the sides as well as some individually carved out step down primary feathers leading to the raised wing which is also incised.  The back of the drake bears some dark on dark feather detailing as well as a fine white mist to elevate the sheen of the decoy.  Both have classic carved crest details and bill details to include mandible separation and bill nails.
